Buying a car for the first time- What to expect?

I will buy a car for the first time a real dealer soon, and I wondered what I should expect? I’m concerned to negotiate any price because I just do not feel comfortable doing, and wondering what to expect financially (when in reality it is to buy the car there, I mean). I will be paying in full, in case anything changes in that aspect. What is exactly what I have to take with me, if anything (other than to pay with, of course ha)? If you attend these auctions then you can buy a good car for a quality often incredibly low price. As these vehicles are not sold for profit, there are greater opportunities to trade and lower prices. You can even get hold of the car before going to public auction, if you know how to approach the institution conducting the auction. Inspecting a Jeep, or any other car for that matter, before purchasing the used car sales or auctions of used cars should not pass. Many people do not realize the importance of inspection. I have to order this Jeep from the factory as I get quiero.Es the negotiating process differently? They told me I have to make the request and gave me the same price as if it were built your site with current incentives. I told him to get if the price is reduced by 10%. They said they can not bargain until the Jeep is done and that has a VIN number. This makes no sense to me. Will I have to pay more and have less purchasing and bargaining power because I am using in the factory so if I bought one out of luck? and why is that? And is there anything I can do to get the best price for them? Appreciate your comments, thank you very much!
